Mandatory Queens Meeting

at the showbarn

Tickets will be provided by the Cherokee County Jr. Livestock Show and will be passed out during the Club or Chapter of the Year general meeting held on September 25, 2010 at 8:00 AM at the Showbarn.  This is a Mandatory Meeting for one Advisor/Volunteer Leader and one youth representative (i.e. Club or Chapter President, Treasurer, Queen Contestant...) Queens Contestant photographs will be taken during this meeting.

The entry form is a fillable document.  Please make sure that the entry is completely filled out before turning it in.  It is very important that we have ALL requested information on each entry.  For your convenience, please feel free to type and print the form.  Then all you will need to do is to get the signatures on it.

2011 Queen Rules - Club/Chapter of the Year

All of this information was taken from the 2010 Show Rules.  Please feel free to print a copy of these rules for your use.

Please contact your local 4-H Club/FFA Chapter to purchase your raffle tickets.  These tickets are for a chance to win $250 in cash.  There will be four winners drawn that will be awarded $250 cash to each winner.
